WHAT IS A MINISTRY PARTNER?

A Ministry Partner is a next-level Activator. They work within the ministry alongside staff to help cast vision and execute ministry. A ministry partner is responsible for whole parts of the ministry and accept a deeper commitment on our team.

Becoming a Ministry Partner might be right for you if you:
  • Love serving and would like to be better resourced to serve at a higher capacity
  • Have the time and capacity to take on ministry responsibilities throughout the week
  • Are interested in learning ministry at a deeper level.

COMMITMENT

  • 3 - 15 hrs / week. Flexible per ministry/ role.
  • One year of serving in this capacity (but not limited to)
  • Adhere to staff expectations and core values

INCLUDES

  • Access to internal systems and resources for staff collaboration (including a new Ministry Partner badge, church email and building keys & code)
  • Invitation to team meetings within your ministry
  • Invitation to occasional All Staff meetings and monthly Join a Team Trainings
