Current Job Opportunities

The Child Care Worker will perform a variety of tasks to support the overall smooth functioning of The Crossing’s child care and learning environments for ministry events at The Crossing. This position is perfect for someone who loves working with small children and is available most weekday evenings and occasional weekends.
The Operations and Connections Pastor will oversee and provide leadership for all aspects of ensuring the spiritual growth of adults within the vision, direction and ministry strategy of The Crossing. They will also provide leadership for volunteers at Sunday Morning experience, as well as recruit, coordinate and empower those in guest services and all activation and engagement. Our Operations and Connection Pastor will also be a Central Services liaison in all areas of operations, matrix, communications and human resources, as they work alongside and assist the Crossing Midtown Campus Pastor in all church activities and pastoral duties.
The Reach Cafe Manager will direct and manage the operations of the Reach Cafe at the Windmill and Midtown campuses. In addition, they will help to facilitate greater community at The Crossing and promote the Reach initiatives and partners. This position is perfect for an outgoing individual, whom God has gifted with exemplary team building skills, effective people management ability, organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and who is adaptable and flexible to meet unknown needs in a cafe environment.
The Facilities Technician will work diligently with the team to keep buildings and grounds in excellent condition. This position is perfect for an energetic, trustworthy individual who enjoys task-focused activities such as event setup, campus upkeep, and maintenance/repair.
