(Windmill - On Call)

The Child Care Worker will perform a variety of tasks to support the overall smooth functioning of The Crossing’s child care and learning environments for ministry events at The Crossing. This position is perfect for someone who loves working with small children and is available most weekday evenings and occasional weekends.

Cafe & Hospitality Manager
(Part Time Regular)

The Reach Cafe Manager will direct and manage the operations at our Windmill campus. In addition, the Manager will help support our Midtown and Highlands campuses to be set up for success. This position is perfect for an energetic individual whom God has gifted with exemplary team building skills, strong people management, organizational skills, communicates effectively, and who is adaptable to meet the needs of other ministries with a hospitable heart.

The Childcare Worker will perform a variety of tasks to support the overall smooth functioning of The Crossing's childcare and learning environments for ministry events at The Crossing. This position is perfect for someone who loves working with small children and is available most weekday evenings and occasional weekends.

Graphic Design & Print Lead

The Graphic Design and Print Lead is a position responsible for the overall design and look of The Crossing across all campuses. Through design, they show who The Crossing is to those who are skeptical about faith and those who are fully devoted followers of Christ. This position also works as a member of the Communications Team to collaborate on projects that help drive The Crossing’s mission, vision and values.

Highlands Next Gen Ministry Coordinator

The Highlands Next Gen Ministry Coordinator will support and execute the vision for kids ministries at the Highlands campus. They will work diligently to develop and foster a culture and environment of genuine community that embraces family and encourages kids to connect with Jesus. This position is perfect for an outgoing individual, whom God has gifted with a heart for leading and developing volunteer teams, exemplary communication skills and outstanding organizational and planning abilities. They will strive to use their gifts to create fun, safe programs that have a lasting impact on the lives of kids and their relationship with Jesus.

Engagement Lead

The Engagement Lead works to champion the engagement pathway and support the overall Join a Team initiative; including the implementation and maintenance of an organization-wide environment that intentionally helps people grow their relationship with Jesus. This position is perfect for an organized individual, whom God has gifted with exemplary process management, communication and team building skills, and who has a calling from God to serve in a way that encourages and helps others.

Next Gen Ministry Coordinator
(3rd - 5th Grade)

The 3rd - 5th Grade Ministry Coordinator will support and execute the vision for grade 3-5 ministries at the Windmill campus. They will work diligently to develop and foster a culture and environment of genuine community that embraces family and encourages kids to connect with Jesus.
