Kids Crossing Elementary (K – 5th Grade)
In Kids Crossing Elementary, our strategy is to connect our Elementary students to Jesus with culturally relevant, biblically centered materials and programming, fun learning environments, and an expectation of excellence in everything we do. We partner with parents to grow kids in their faith by presenting them with key biblical truths and offering them community through Small Groups, all in a safe environment. As a result, kids are equipped to go reach and serve others with the love of Jesus.
In Kids Crossing Elementary we build on the foundation for our Faith Building Blocks that has been introduced in Early Childhood and will be taught from Birth – Young Adults in an age appropriate way.
We are working on brand new material that will help our kids discover who Jesus is and how they can journey with Him! Stay tuned for the future dates of our next Discover for Kids class! If you have any questions, or if your child is interested in Baptism please contact Lisa Gonzalez or call (702) 947-2080
4th & 5th Grade Summer Camp
Have you ever wondered why God placed you on the Earth? Do you want to be set apart for amazing things?
In summer 2017, UCYC campers and leaders will be exploring the idea of building our commitment, our character, and our community through the life of Nehemiah and the parable of the builders from the book of Matthew. Using the Word of God as our building block, students will experience an incredible week of teaching, worship, games, recreational experiences, and FUN! Family Movie Night
On July 1st from 6:00pm – 9:00pm, we are having a Family Movie Night! The movie showing is Trolls. This is a birth through 5th grade family event. There is no event charge, however parents can bring cash for concessions. All of the proceeds from the concessions stand will go the Educate2Elevate. Families will also need to bring their own chairs/blankets/pillows for the event. Click here for more information and to register.
Kids Crossing Baptism
Kids Crossing Baptism is held quarterly. This event is for any elementary child who is ready to take that next step in their walk with Jesus Christ. Our Bash is held on a Saturday for all family and friends to witness the celebration. In order to be baptized, we ask that kids (with a parent) attend our Discover for Kids class held on the second Sunday of each month. Please see the above Kids Discover link for more details.
We are always looking for people to volunteer in Kids Crossing Elementary. Take a look at our different opportunities and sign up if one of them is of interest to you.
