Director of Groups

Our groups ministries help everyone get connected, and we believe that life change happens best in relationships. The Director of Groups will lead and develop our ministry group directors, coaches, and leaders. They will be accessible, approachable and an excellent communicator. This part-time (28 hours) position requires strong leadership and relational skills. The Director of Groups will be a champion of our culture and development for all ministry groups and a constant source of inspiration and encouragement for all ministry leaders. Kid’s Ministry Coordinator – Southeast

The Kid’s Ministry Coordinator leads the Early Childhood and Elementary teams at the Southeast campus, with a focus on volunteer development and program implementation in alignment with the Kids Crossing vision: Make it Fun, Make it Safe, Make it Last. This part-time (15 hours) position requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. The Kid’s Ministry Coordinator will build and manage a team of volunteers at the Southeast campus to carry out the mission of Kids Crossing – helping kids discover Jesus and the journey.
