Hilary Update

If you are like us, you have been following the path of Hurricane Hilary and tracking its movement as it makes its way closer to us and becomes a tropical storm. As of Saturday evening, we are still planning on holding all of our Sunday Gatherings at both of our Crossing locations.

Here are a few key details you need to know:
  • It takes hundreds of volunteers to make our Sunday gatherings happen and if you are scheduled to volunteer tomorrow, we are grateful for your help. If you need to change your plans and are not planning on coming, please communicate ASAP to the ministry where you serve so that we can ensure we have ample coverage tomorrow.
  • If something drastically changes overnight or early tomorrow morning with the condition of our facilities or the storm itself, we will make sure to re-communicate if there is a change of plans.
  • If you are concerned and do not feel comfortable being out tomorrow, please feel free to stay home and join us online. None of us truly know what to expect and we are all making the best decisions with the limited information we have.
  • The best way to stay up-to-date with all of our communication is by having The Crossing App with notifications turned ON and by following us on Instagram and Facebook. We will share any important updates in our story or through the app.
  • As we pray and draw close to God in navigating this unknown storm, we take comfort in knowing He is with us. Do not lose heart! We are praying for those in the path of the hurricane.

We will see you tomorrow, in person or online as we continue our B.L.E.S.S. series!
